Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change the items in an order once it has been placed.  We can however cancel the order for you, provided you advise us prior to despatch from our warehouse.  This can be done by email or by calling us on 0808 124 0001 . Please make sure you quote your order number, as well as your email address, so that we can check we have the right order.

Once the order has been cancelled, you can place a fresh order for the items you want to purchase.
